Defrosting & Storage Advice:

• Keep frozen at −18°C with a continuous cold chain
• Thaw in the refrigerator (2–7°C) for 24 hours before serving
• Once thawed, refrigerate and use within 2 days – do not refreeze
• Wash hands, tools and surfaces after handling raw meat
